An Authentic Cuisine
You will discover our Corsican family-style cuisine, primarily composed of locally-sourced or home-grown produce. Our traditional charcuterie (figatellu, panzetta, black pudding, etc.) originates from the inland villages of our beautiful Corsica.
Pierrette, our head cook, has been preparing the family recipes for more than 15 years: leek fritters, warm mint and goat cheese flan, Corsican soup, local wild boar ragu, eggplant lasagna, sautéed veal, brocciu cannelloni and many other regional dishes await your discovery.
Then, end your meal on a sweet note with some apple pie, chestnut flan or crème caramel.
