BOOKING CONDITIONS:

30% deposit to be paid on booking.

The deposit paid will be refunded if the cancellation occurs no later than 30 days before the date of arrival (past the 30-day period the deposit paid will not be refunded)

For weekly stays: Deposit guarantee to be paid on arrival and returned on the day of departure.
